Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Beauty products and supplements must be sealed for hygienic reasons.
- Certain items, such as intimate products or final sale items, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at returns@kurashicure.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
- Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
- Photographic evidence of the damage may be required.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
